Hey Josh and Katie, I have some advice for Josh to heal faster for the wedding. Rest is key because the feet need to heal. Even though one is more broken than the other, putting more weight on the other broken one is just making it worse. So Josh, I know you don’t want to hear this, but it’s best to use the wheelchair. Also, drink lots of milk. LOL. You need to intake the most calcium as possible without overdoing it. Calcium helps your bones heal faster. In general just take vitamins.
