Been watching your videos each night after reading your book, and I just want to say that I really appreciate you sharing your inner wisdom with the world. Wisdom is something that nobody can take away from you, and the way you spread yours to the world is priceless. Thank you.

Thank you so much Joseph 🧡 i just discovered your work. As i was watching this video i thought about how value is determined by our individual needs. Some people need a distraction or entertainment (I do sometimes) but mostly in general i need peace and slowness and rejuvination for the soul. Therefore i really value your style/message/philosophy! I appreciate that you are intentionally simple and calming, because we definitely need more of that on social media. Thank you! Im looking forward to exploring more of your books/videos 💜

Thankyou very much. Mr Joseph you are doing a wonderfull work to many people, including me. I just found you yesterday, through your audio book Don't believe in all you think. It's the first book that realy understands the way I think and feel. Sometimes my mind does so much noise, and at that time I forget, of very important things that you say in your book. And also your videos. Thankyou very much, and All the Good for you and your family.

❤❤ Sounds like a dopamine overload. I do find it helpful to do a dopamine detox every now and then. I feel that this is the great benefits of 'fasting', allowing the nervous system to reset back to baseline. Dr. Huberman talks about this often. My main method to reset is through meditation and prayer as well as abstaining from the dopamine source.

Hi you. I came to your video by accident when I was searching for something like go beyond thoughts and your book and your videos caught me. Thank you for your very sweet voice.and so for the informations. I do agree we need sometimes our own time and space, at least when we have to make a lot of decisions and creating boundaries and sticking with it are such great choices. Life is so easy, but it is much easier when we create space for us to feel the ease life gives us. Wish you a very good year with your good soul :)

Hi! Hopefully you still get around to reading these but your book came to me 2 years ago and really helped bring me healing and embrace fear. Since then life was flowing but recently finding myself “thinking” A LOT again mostly due to big life changes (or my perception of the event). I reread to brush back up on how it helped me last time but wanted to know how you stay focused on coming back to “thinking” being the root cause with SO many other sources out there claiming other root causes. It gets quite confusing with all the opinions out there on the internet of root causes of anxiety/mental health. Should I simply focus with faith and take the leap again and be patient with results?

I just love your information. Have you heard of Dr. Low. His book is called Mental health through will training.

Hey! I've read in your book that we should minimise our thinking but in life there are many problems that can not be solved without thinking or we face many things in which we have to think(I know that when we think most of the time we think negetive) but what should I do? Please help. Should I think it or not and some times negetive thoughts come . Should I just ignore them?

The key is to let go of thinking and to utilize intuition (which comes in the form of thoughts).
