It’s not that you do ads, ads are okay. It’s just when the video is 30 mins long and you run an ad that’s 25 mins long.
@SithisLich12 күн бұрын
It's not that you do ads, its that you do ads that are 28 minutes long, and the ads you chose are crazy, you are trying to sell us a $10k camera, $800k speed boat, or scum bag survices like TEMU or Better Help, also, strange you went an defended Established Titles and then never spoke about them again.

35:32 That's exactly how it feels when we get an ad in the middle of what we are trying to watch... I get that you have to support the channel, but the sentiment is exactly the same. It sucks when the length of the video is double or sometimes tripled due to ads, that's when it's an issue, it shouldn't take 5 minutes to watch 2 minute video. Another popular problem is this damn "skip after...." that force you to sit through ads every 2 minutes... annoying to the point I've actually started unsubscribing to other channels. I'm here to watch videos not ads.
@daniel_millican6 күн бұрын
When has he done a 5 min ad ever?
@templeton35045 күн бұрын
@daniel_millican yeeeeah go ahead and read that again. No one said "5 minute ad". However I did say "it shouldn't take 5 minutes to watch a 2 mi minute video ie the ads would total 3 minutes and not 5 as you clearly didn't read correctly.

I'm not sure if you know this but a lot of the Times the requirements to do the ad so that you can be paid revenue from it there's a guideline that they have to follow usually certain amount of airtime it's silly it's micromanaged they do their best and sometimes it's funny

I honestly love your guys content, and while I enjoy new stuff to watch, I also appreciate the time you guys put into a really great product. Additionally, your integrations are really well done. Everyone has to do sponsored videos, and there are always complainers. If the video doesn't have something I'm interested in, I won't watch it. If there is some content, or the product is something I want to see in use I will watch it. That's just how those videos should be viewed. Then there is nothing to be angry about.

Alan and team get everything running and then star start building your ideas of crazy stuff out of all of it. Build another super efficient garage building for a BOA for heavy rescue. You could build it close to a highway out towards Allen’s fortress. Heli pad. Film it all. Sounds cool to me. 😁

KZbin is putting so many ads on videos already, the faxt that you are making ENTIRE VIDEOS that are obviously ads it is annoying. Do a normal two to three minute ad like every other KZbinr and be done with it, also put a counter or a marker (like Corridor and Guga do) so we can just skip the stupid ad. Your regular content videos are awesome, just do more of that.

I would greatly prefer a two minute hard leaning ad, followed by zero shameless plugs for the rest of the video. I don’t like the uncertainty of not knowing if the content is about what I clicked on to watch or if you’re just doing the content as a way to display the product that you’re advertising… making the whole video feel like the ad. I say make the ad clear, and get your funding, but make the end of the ad clear too. That way the whole video doesn’t feel taken from!

I guess let me preface it by saying I love the channel. I don't watch as much because well lots of reasons I do still enjoy most of it. I guess what really got me was the whole. I don't remember it was a game or something. You buy this and what was it? A car came in the mail little matchbox car and everybody was unhappy so they redone it and I got another matchbox car. I think it was like 30 bucks to enter or something I kind of I guess call it got burned on that one. Whatever happened with that but I also agree with someone else the whole subscriber giveaway. I don't remember the last time he gave anything away. If that's not what you're going to do, you should preface it and say all right guys. I'm too big. You know if you're here for the content which I'm still here. Obviously I'm watching this. Pat just say hey we're not doing giveaways anymore.
