Thanks, Doc. I've been bingeing on your content over the last few weeks and I'm already trying to implement some of your recommendations. I've noticed that you mention the midday sun as being good for us while other people have always said that the midday sun is to be avoided - only the early morning and late evening sun. In spite of having transitioned to a strict vegan diet some ten years ago, I still experience health challenges. I just discovered the damage I have been doing by consuming fruit sugar and SEED OILS. I've also been eating double carbohydrates in the name of plant proteins. Slowly, I am moving towards the consumption of carcasses and using tallow in my cooking. Fasting is also becoming part of me. My sleep is also improving quite some.

Interestingly, l practise all that you are teaching here and the other videos except for yoghurt (though l take traditional gourd-prepared yoghurt). The rest is fine. I have been free from diseases for 27 months now.

Thank you so much Doc for sharing this. Now I have a good reason to eat 4 eggs instead of 2 😜. What a lesson. Next: help here. I posted on tiktok my supper:: fried eggs, fewer pieces of meat, beans and an avocado. I GOT A QUICK RESPONSE FROM SOMEONE, Too much protein, no vegetables no vitamins no I don't know. Did you say to eat 4-6 eggs daily? We grew up with the notion that too much eggs is dangerous for health. We were taught to take max two per day and only two or three times a week? Was this a myth? Pls clarify?

You are NOT. your mother introduced bad foods to you from childhood. You ate sugar and wheat products. You Consumed seed oils and they messed up your gut. Drop them and you will enjoy your protein
