**** the porn tape was for US definitely NOT an audition tape to be in one. Welcome back all and happy weekend! We had asked you all for some questions to celebrate our 350,000 friends on KZbin, first off, thank you! We wouldn't be here without your support and you all watching our weekly videos. We aren't sure if you all are aware but our KZbin videos have grown from something we find fun doing all the way to a passion and we continue to learn more about filming and editing. Who knew a little GoPro would turn into this. Thank you all. A+B

Hi guys I love watching you both enjoying your marraige and traveling together. My name is Anthony and I am transgendered gay male. I just recently wrote a book on my life and hopefully will be published within the next two months. It is called My Identity so if you see it out there pick one up. Also I am on to my next book on self love and I talk about therapy and that's very important when it comes to self love. So Adam keep up the good work with therapy everyone needs therapy in life we all go through something and needs to be worked out with a professional. People who make fun or say negative comments it's because they lack self love and god in they're life. Any way much blessings to you guys and I will always be watching as long as you keep posting much love Anthony

Mental health is something that everyone is still so afraid to talk about. Thank you for being so honest and open about it, because it will help more people than you realize. I suffer from a mental disorder... I am 25 years old and I live alone. I've been battiling for more than 15 years alone, my ex boyfriends (i just had 2) got scared of my constant depressions and panic atttacks and broke up with me. No boy finds me attractive in that way and I yeah.. it is sad when you suffer from that during your youth and don't have anyone by your side that can really help you with that.

Omg about 5 years ago anxiety overtook my life and it has been a battle for me! It crazy but sadly I haven’t taken the time to go to therapy. You’ll have good days and bad days with anxiety. Sometimes it feels like you’re trapped in your body. Then months later all of the sudden you feel completely normal, you wanna cry and hope it lasts forever. Try to not overthink everything, live in the moment, and know that the majority of what you worry about, doesn’t even happen. I could go on and on but I’m glad you’re going to a therapist. It takes a lot to admit what you did on KZbin. Keep you head up Adam. ☺️

I was badly attacked sexually by two men when I was 14, after I hid it away for years. When I was 20 I met a man who I spent 43 great years with, what I am trying to say is , the things that give you the dark days will get lighter with help, and a loving husband by your side. My Jim has passed but I am lucky to be able to talk to good friends when things get bad, I hope your counselling brings you peace, and the demands go away. Be well the both of you and I truly understand how much it took for you to make this video . Xx

Adam I am so glad you are in therapy. Think of it as another training regimen but for your emotions and fears and trust issues. I've been doing it for years and it has helped me tremendously. It is so helpful to talk about yourself in a safe place where you are not judged. I'll remind you that we always judge ourselves very harshly and are out own worst enemy but can also be out own best friend. I once told a friend who had self esteem issues that I would love him until he could learn to love himself. I have to remind myself that I love and cherish me!!!

I am confident that your transparency about your anxiety and willingness to seek guidance will help many others who are experiencing the same. Adam, I know you want to be perfect for Bernardo, your family, your friends and viewers, but no one is ultimately perfect. However, you have so many truly awesome qualities, talents and gifts... That is why Bernardo and others are drawn to you and love & care so deeply for you. Being a perfectionist myself and overly pushing myself, I've come to the realization that I am the only one demanding that and I've learned to let go and be more at peace with it. Lastly, it was good you tried 100% travel life. You learned it may not be for you. My perception is that you need a "home base" but could travel still 30-60% of the time. My work makes me travel 75-80% of the time; however, I have a solid home with friends and family there to come back to, while still enjoying travel, different cultures, food, lifestyles, etc. A home base is 'grounding' and permanent. Good luck, guys! Luv ya's...

Ah, Bernardo and Adam, my heart goes out to you both. The first year of a marriage is hard. You have all the big things worked out before hand, and then all the insecurities come into play. Remember how lucky you were in finding each other. We went through a similar first year. You have to think about yourself and your partner. And the real problem? It’s taboo to talk about it. In an age of social media-primed “perfection,” you worry about looking unhappy or ungrateful, even like a bad partner. But there’s no shame in admitting that you’re struggling, and having a tough time doesn’t mean you regret getting married. Talking about it can do you a whole lot of good. Marriage is different than just being a couple. You are in a permanent union and the stakes just feel higher. Every fight or disappointment within the marriage may feel more significant and more loaded because this is it. By seeking help and working together, you are on your way. May the Father/Mother bless you both.

What I like about both of you is your laughter and sense of humor. Don't ever lose that - it makes for a wonderful, lasting relationship. Want to lessen that anxiety? Every morning when you wake up thank God that you're alive, tell each other "I love you", don't make small unimportant daily events into something big, and never go to sleep angry with each other. You'll both be okay.

It is SUPER IMPORTANT & GENEROUS of you, to make yourself open & vulnerable enough to share your story about anxiety, & seeking out therapy. Perhaps thousands of your viewers don’t live the “perfect, idyllic” lifestyle that you are fortunate to experience; but they secretly experience anxiety, dark days... and they aren’t brave enough to seek help. I personally get triggered by things, & have dark days too. And I’ve been seeing a therapist as well. So THANK YOU... for sharing with them that “perfect, idyllic” people have dark, troubled experiences too.

When I first moved to Portland many years ago, some new friends were leaving to take jobs in CA. I shared my feelings with my favorite bartender and native Oregonian of how much I would miss them. He said to me "the good ones always come back." He was right. It seems as if Portland just has a strong pull on certain people that no matter where they roam, they always return if only to visit. Welcome back!

I'm with you Bernardo...I was with my guy for 25 years and didn't need anyone's validation, and fundamentally it didn't change the way we live but somehow after getting married it just felt 'completed'...and understandable esp to people who 'get' marriage more than partnership...we were the same as them and they understood it. I really think that the public commitment to each other cemented our bond. this was all an unexpected but welcome surprise.

Panic attacks and anxiety are brutal. I've suffered from the age of seven. This month I will be 57. Thank you, Bernardo, for being there for Adam. I know it's difficult for a partner to deal with. Adam, remember, they stop. If you can keep that in your mind and go through the suffering and not try fighting it. It does end. You see that from experience. Remembering that during an attack is not very easy, but, it can be mastered. Prayers for the both of you. You guys are an inspiration.

Wow, what a great and honest video Adam and Bernardo. It’s so good of you to share something so personal and I think this will have a positive effect on many that view this vlog so I congratulate you! I’m sorry about all the anxiety Adam as it interferes with so much joy that you deserve so I’m going to try a couple things that I have learned along the way as a fellow anxiety fighter. I usually remind myself every day and sometimes multiple times a day that “I live a happy adventurous life that is divinely protected”. You would be surprised how much peace this can give you when you start to believe it. Another thing that may help you as it did me and please don’t take this personally as I struggled with this when I first heard it from a psychologist. “You’re not that Important”! Meaning why do I think everything I do has an impact on others. The truth is only about half of the stuff we worry about others thinking of us is actually happening. Most of the time people are going on with their lives and we tend to put too much pressure on ourselves thinking we have such a BIG impact on others. Pressure leads to anxiety and most pressure we feel is self created. Hope that helps, glad you’re speaking with a professional and know you have the love and support of a wonderful spouse, family,, friends and even a bunch of KZbinrs that appreciate you sharing your story. Ignore negative comments from idiots and Make Lots and Lots of Memories! Enjoy the moment you two!

Traumatic events trigger anxiety long after the traumatic event. Good luck Adam! And Bernardo, you are a good man also. Thanks for putting your story out there. I was extremely upset upon the conversion story y'all told. Your channel educates people on the subject here. Thank you both for an enlightening video and for being vulnerable with your YT family. You two are the Ying to the other's Yang. Bernardo stated that he loves Adam's ability be more of a free-spirited individual and take a leap of faith that something done on impulse will turn out for the better. Whereas, Adam relies on Bernardo to ground him, to be a safe harbor during an anxiety storm, and each knows the other will be there through the good and bad times; which will only solidify their relationship throughout the coming years. I'm glad that you're back in Portland; a place which holds many happy memories.

Adam, I know you have likely read this verse a thousand times being raised Christian. **Place me like a seal over your heart, like a seal on your arm; for love is as strong as death, its jealousy as unyielding as the grave. It burns like blazing fire, like a mighty flame. Many waters cannot quench love; rivers cannot sweep it away. If one were to give all the wealth of one’s house for love, it would be utterly scorned.** I hope this reminds you that love never fails, love never dies and the love that you share will never end. Adam, whenever you have uncertainty about life, just remember Bernardo's wedding vows, which will lead you back to the light of love that he has for you. What you have is special, very rare and always remember what brought you together and never let anyone come between the love you have for each other. I think once you settle down, both will be so much more content. Please also remember that you have a lot of friends that watch your videos and we pray for you, quietly encourage you and are your biggest fans, always. I hope this message finds you both having a wonderful day, full of sunshine to brighten your day. Peace and Love from North Carolina. ~Todd

I cried openly at the wedding , namely when Adam cried while listening to Bernardo's vows and when sharing his vows while crying, and sobbed when strong Bernardo cried when the videos of his siblings in Brazil were shown. Now to respond to this video of life after marriage : I too was moved by Bernardo saying that he shared in the ^dark times" and was crying again knowing he and Adam were strong in trusting and knowing a professional therapist was needed I look forward to watching many more and joining other fans in supporting your work via purchasing at this stressful stay at home times of the pandemic . I have suffered from major depression for 30 years but found relief and benefits of antidepressant Wellbutrin and psychotherapy weekly. Thank God and people like you both sharing your intimate experiences with strangers Thank you Adam & Bernardo , having grown to love you in a week without talking or physical contact

Welcome back to Portland, Oregon. I just completed a 4,276 miles round trip drive. Nothing beats Oregon. well except the rain. I didn't miss the rain or the cold. I have enjoyed your video's since I started watching them. You guys are quite an inspiration.

Many years ago I had a german boyfriend in Venezuela and he loved when I cuddled him in bed, and once he told me, "mit dir ich fühle geborgen", that means : " I feel safe with you", some years later he died, but I still remember that moment!. Thanks for sharing with us your special moments guys!, you touched my soul!

Hard to put the deep feelings I am having for both of you in response to the current video. As I’ve mentioned before I’ve been on this journey with you since the waterfall days and only want the very best for both of you. Sending deep love and support at this vulnerable time, knowing that you’ll work through this, and brighter days are coming.

So pleased that you recognised that you need help, which is the first step of the long process with anxiety, and also with the corono virus thats going on at the moment , and your return to be based in the safety of your home in Portland for a short while. Nothing is perfect, there is no perfect marriage, or perfect husband, perfect job, etc, Accepting these things and Bernardo being your rock will help you so much. Your relationship is reward enough, that you have each other to support and lean on and develop a deeper love for each other. No one can take that away from you.. Embrace the moment and move forward together to a happier, healthier, relationship and life together. Enjoy what you do, love what you have achieved, Big hugs guys from Paul in France

As some one who suffers from anxiety as well, I know your pain. Not gonna lie, the beginning of this video was triggering. I’m ok though. Just remember one thing brother. ANXIETY IS A LIAR! Please remember that. The things it makes you think will not happen. The way it makes you feel is just adrenaline keeping your nerves on edge. The way your mind runs fast is just more adrenaline. You will not go crazy, die or anything it tells you. And I hate to tell you but you’re not perfect and will never be. Get comfy with that. You will be ok. You are ok. Anxiety is a bitch.

I battle anxiety because of a personal relationship I can't get out of easly...I cant imagine it happening when life is filled with someone who loves you conditionally...It a ruff beast to fight. Taming it is hard when its inside you...A understanding partner is a blessing to have....😏

Great comment. For those of us that don’t suffer anxiety, this really helped me to begin to understand it a little bit. Thanks

Mark Seydel No I did not do CBT. Thought about it often though. Just had good therapists. Still have one. Realized a long time ago that anxiety was a liar. That realization really helped me

Keep going strong Adam. I suffer from the same things as yours. So in some way I could empathize you. Let’s stay close to those who love us. And have a positive spirit. You know you at least have my wishes, prayers and supports. Love you both.

Marilyn: The Eagle wasn't always the Eagle. The Eagle, before he became the Eagle, was Yucatangee, the Talker. Yucatangee talked and talked. It talked so much it heard only itself. Not the river, not the wind, not even the Wolf. The Raven came and said "The Wolf is hungry. If you stop talking, you'll hear him. The wind too. And when you hear the wind, you'll fly." So he stopped talking. And became its nature, the Eagle. The Eagle soared, and its flight said all it needed to say. 👁🙏👁

Don't feel that you have failed, you acctually won because you faced youself and took stock of yourself and accepted the fact that you need help. So you took steps te recovery, that is a win not a loss.

I am glad that you are talking about your panic attacks. I suffer from them and they can be horrible. You are lucky to have a partner to be there for you. I have loved watching all your travels. The love you two have for each other is amazing.

What I love the most about both of you is the ability to engage others by bringing them into your life to share amazing adventures and evidence that love is powerful and very healing! Being a “ gay “ couple does not define who you are and that my friends is rare & beautiful! May Creator continue to keep and bless you!🙋🏽♀️🦅🧡🧡
