We miss you Hans. I'll definitely buy this book; your father helped shape me in my interests. During the March for Science, I wanted to print Hans on a board to march him through the streets. Others did it for me. It was great to see!

I am so impressed by Hans and by the two of you. Thanks heavens you two are carrying on his work. I used Hans' videos for several years in my introductory sociology class until I retired in 2020. Facts and visualizations that help us understand them are, in my view, the most important tools we have to help humankind make the tough decisions that face us. I wish you both the very best.

I’m from Moldova, and I just finished to read the book and I want to say that is the most important book I’ve had read in my life! And also I’ve been watching a video were Hans Rosling explains about the population growth and with some point he puts the last cube that represents older people and he said: “I hope that i will be one of them”. It’s very sad to now and I’m feeling so sad that he is past away! Hope you guys are doing well! Thank you very much for a such titanic work you do!

Noooo, Hans Rosling can't die; He is the king of all statistician. R.I.P. He was such a great speaker with an excellent sense of humor. I loved the way he brought numbers to life, visualizing them, illustrating trends, & extrapolating meaning..... As for rampant global ignorance; OMG, let's not get started on human stupidity, let alone dramatization tendencies & catastrophizing cerebrums. People need to study more math & stat classes!

I read the book after finding it coincidentally while waiting for my train at Paris Gard du Nord. Really good to read the stories of Hans Rosling, but also to stress that facts are so important. I always try to find as much facts as I can, which is not easy these days, to help build my opinions and choose my actions. What I particularly liked, is the story about panic, panic does not really lead to the correct conclusions and actions. Though panic seems to be the normal thing these days. Thank you for the book and the gap minder pages.

Just finished reading the book today. I actually bought it last year but only started to read it recently. Being in quarantine made me realize that this would be the best time to read the book and I'm glad I did. I feel like it was the right book to read during this period because it made me look at the COVID-19 statistics in a less depressing way and made me more hopeful. So, thank you for writing this book and sharing the knowledge. May Hans rest in peace. If there is a sequel to the book, I will gladly buy it.

I watched the Ted video of Hans in 2004 (kzbin.info/www/bejne/nofMnomwnNl3bNk) and the information (together with the fun way of presentation) , I felt so overwhelmed and I instantly purchased the book from online. I do believe and can see that Hans Rosling's works (together with people in Gapminder Foundation) are indeed making a very positive impact to the world and Education. Keep going with more great presentations and thought-provoking books in the future.

How to make the data of each Level 1 and Level 2 country accessible on the web? The development organizations operating in the Level 1 and Level 2 countries face a huge problem with data accessibility and data quality. The Factfulness is a world guide for Level 4 nations and individuals to make sense of the current world, but it doesn't help much for the governments of Level 1 and Level 2 countries and development organizations in those countries to leverage on the technology developed and /or financial resources accessible in the Level 4 nations.

The book confuses short term improvements in health and wealth while ignoring the longer lasting environmental damage done as a result of acceleration of use of non renewable resources to achieve those short term gains.
