Good video but you missed one that a lot of people skip and that's open hand extension with a band. Iron Mind has a band extension pack or you could just use rubber bands but it will help with working the opposing muscle groups of the grip to help develop your grip to be stronger. It actually helps with elbow pain too like tennis elbow.

One of my favorite ways train strength is just deadlifting, conventional overhand grip for as heavy as you can will really work your grip strength and forearms and also throwing on some Fat Gripz ton top of that will help as well. So for me since I'm going to be doing deadlifts anyway, I also put a emphasis on increasing grip strength at the same time.
@SOFLETE4 жыл бұрын
Absolutely. The problem is that a lot of people's deadlifts get stronger than their grip, and so they supplement with straps. We recommend doing some additional grip strength work so you don't need them.

Most everything we do is framed around folks for whom a high level of fitness directly affects their job, i.e. First Responders, LEO's, Military, Park Rangers, etc. In our experience, there are a lot of very "strong" folks out there in those jobs who can't actually use their strength in real world scenarios because their grip is a weak link.
