The remains of Suzanne Morphew have been found, more than three years after she went missing. Investigators said finding Morphew's remains is critical to the continuing investigation. Former homicide persecutor Matt Murphy explains why the charges were dropped on Morphew's husband, Barry Morphew, one year after she was reported missing. Murphy says that her body was scavenged and that the chances of finding any DNA linked to a suspect is very slim.

You missed the other animals he accused or establishes as an alibi: For his cellphone movements around the property when not in airplane mode on May 9th (night before Mother's Day) his two guns out of the rifle cabinet for "a squirrel (? unsure I forgot 133 page Affidavit of being charged)" and then the "Elk" he sidetracked to on his way to his job Sunday May 10th heading another direction other than towards Denver, CO direction of his presumed job site; but at the least, to his hotel check-in.

The DNA on the glove box is NOT a match with the unknown sex offender DNA. The glove box DNA shares only 7 genetic markers with the sex offender. The two DNA samples would need to share 13 markers to be a match. The glove box DNA does NOT belong to the sex offender.

SHAME ON YOU! He is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. His daughters don't believe he did it. If he is found guilty they may change their mind. They knew their parents even if they didn't know everything, they definitely know more than you. A sexual offenders DNA was found in her car. The husband seems very suspicious but it could be anyone. How is the DNA on the car's glovebox huge? It could have come from an employee at a car dealer or the manufacturer, auto service or repair shop mechanic, a valet parking attendant, car wash employee, etc. Some employees can actually be criminals too. This could just be coincidence.

It's been too long. Whoever placed her bike and helmet in the opposite direction of her body did an excellent job covering their tracks. Its also unlikely they have data for Barry for the 9th when I believe she was actually dumped since his phone was in airplane and he no longer has the van or phone

If my wife was murdered or missing and if there were no immediate suspects, I would liquudate my assets ASAP and move to a country with no extradition treaty with America. In the end, the Cops ALWAYS go after on the husband, and I wouldn't hang around until they found a way to frame me.
