Another point to Henry Cavill's credit, is that apprently there was an incident on the set of The Witcher, where the producer wanted him to say something and he rebuked it. "Gerald wouldnt say that..." theb sent into the hows and the whys of why the fans would hate it. Also, he didnt have the "voice" until halfway through the first season, then went back and over dubbed every single line of his from the first half, because he thought the fans would like it more. The guy is a champion among cowards, in Hollywood.

It’s like feminists pick all the worst things about being a woman to celebrate. They love to destroy femininity. I am so glad my partner is on the same page as me regarding male and female roles in our relationship. I cook, clean for and take care of him with grooming, massages etc…he looks after me, earns the big money whilst I’m studying and treats me like a queen. We have a small holding so I do do a lot of mucky and rough jobs, but I don’t have to. He’d happily do it all himself…regardless, I still enjoy cooking for him and treating him like a king. I make an effort looking after myself too so that he has someone half decent on his arm at his work events. He ran out of money several times during production and the bank said no more until he begged them to come watch the movie. It was also a big deal for women. Women never worked as animators or anything if the sorts until the company desperately needed paint girls to hand paint all the animations. I feel like this captures something I've felt for a long time: people trust too much of what they hear from other people (especially those close to them) and refuse to do research on their own. It's all a blender of misinformation; immediately siding with the people close to you, not searching for the truth on your own (beyond just a quick google search), being too far apart from the source to care about having a fair opinion... it can be quite crushing to combat this behavior as well, as the people you might attempt to converse with just end up assuming your a POS for having any opposing opinion. It's the lack of taking the time to understand one another, which becomes exponentially worst when you're online (and even worst when it's anonymous). It's almost as though we've forgotten how to get to know each other, constantly forming opinions with hardly any information to fairly base our understanding of each other off of. The random people we do interact with day to day never carry as much weight as they should as we know there's a great chance we won't ever interact with them again - hence the poor ability to get along with differing opinions. Yet, the people we care about so much (family, partner, good friends, etc.), we might never fully open ourselves honestly for fear of losing someone you've spent much more energy to craft a relationship with. I guess all I can hope is that the majority eventually can learn to become better listeners and seek to understand rather than try to be understood. Before things get too out of hand.

It's not an issue of representation, it's an issue of fairness. Trans-women (biological males) can still participate in sports, they can go play men's sports, because that's what they are biologically. Hey after the game, they can dress up like a woman and live as a woman all they want and no one would give a shit. And as far as the "tiny percentage" argument, this happening at all is the problem, and the fact that it happened on the NCAA stage, screwing multiple college swimmers (including former Olympians) out of championships all because a biological male decided to switch sides his senior year so he could snag a bunch of championships his last year in college is pretty fucking gross.

Some tasks that took me 5-10 minutes to do at my job in kitchen would take a man maybe 5 minutes max. Likewise when I worked as a closer I would have to beg management to put a male coworker on our team many nights because it was near impossible to close by the time limit without someone who could handle the heavy lifting and do it quickly. I wouldn't say this made me useless in the workforce, there were plenty of roles I took that didn't factor in physical strength but were more mathematical, or required attention to detail like quality control. But we couldn't get the job done right without at least one man on the shift.

@@thebanned2807 well there's a difference between women's rights and feminism, where it's not a bad thing that women have rights, it's just the fact that they are pursuing dominance and they are making their voices louder than they should be. Same with people that need to be locked up in one of those padded rooms with one of those fancy jackets to help them hug themselves 24/7, they shouldn't have a public voice and yet they do and they go to Tik-Tok now. If a woman is asked a question on what she thinks and she starts with the phrase I feel like, stop her and ask again and if she tells you she doesn't get it, she probably shouldn't be a part of the conversation. There is a time and place for feelings and when it comes to getting things done for the greater good, feelings don't matter. Facts do.

I've been told women attack women too, and that lesbians are attracted to women so if transwomen aren't allowed they can't be too. They have a comeback for every argument that completely disregards reality as usual. It would hold water if the number of men imprisoned for sexual assaults weren't more than the entire female prison population in some places. The odds of running into a lesbian predator is near abysmal when compared to the hundreds of dots that appear when you look up the number of male registered sexual offenders in any given area. Women aren't the ones who routinely get arrested for looking up skirts, installing hidden cameras, and get off to exposing themselves in public. There are zero cases of a transman entering a male locker room and exposing themselves for kicks, none. While on the female end, we got one guy who already r*ped two girls, a Wii Spa incident with a registered SO, another guy who got off because his attempt at flashing was hindered by his fat, and numerous reports of women and girls calling out men who did the same. And this is stuff outside prison. Inside we already got multiple r*pes and pregnancies. Regular men aren't the problem, men who want to use female facilities for bad reasons are the majority that will benefit from this nonsense and trying to explain that to these people is like talking to a wall.

@@slightlyaboveaveragebutaverage they love thoze buzzwords. Just another way of condemning anyone who isn’t in total compliance with their ideology. By using a label to describe someone, you can effectively dehumanize that person. That way, anything they say (and anyone who agrees) is reprehensible and should be disregarded immediately. They even call nonconformists the “enemy.” The same word used by militaries to dehumanize their targets. It’s more justifiable to kill someone who you know is a bad person, who will commit more atrocities if they are allowed to live. And who you know will kill you without a second thought if given the chance. Calling someone the “enemy” because they disagree with your opinion and ideologies sounds pretty totalitarian and authoritarian. Every time I see the interview with the two women who speak over each other to say the same point makes me sad. Especially if you notice the way they look at each other. Constant, toxic female competition and hatred...that's exactly what pushed the feminist mindset and ruined society (along with other things). I also recently rewatched the snow white movie having not watched it in forever (being a liberal, man hating feminist) and with the remake and all the drama with it, and I fucking loved it. It's honestly a really good movie about a sweet young girl who desperately wants a better situation and love. My theory: Ziegler saw the movie and was neutral about it. Probably because she was raised in a time when it was seen as sexist for little girls to want to do those things. Then she rode a ride in Disney world, and, like all her beliefs, she read the title “scary” and let herself be scared of it. Because it told her to. Then she avoided the movie until her teenage years, at which point she reinvented her opinion of it by pretending it was a story about a creepy stalker - so she wouldn’t have to face the fact that her childhood brain was so wrong about something that it could be embarrassing
