They're compulsive liars, trigger emotionally reactive states in the women when they blatantly lie and deny things to someone's face (no guilt or shame about it whatsoever). And then, after they "gaslight" the girl (making her confused and disoriented from the back and forth of him trying to get her to "doubt" her reality), Once the woman expresses criticism or pain, it is very typical that, the Covert Narcissist leans back and says "you see? I told you she was crazy"... Funny thing is, these are unbelievably "calm and collected" individuals (reason they're not emotional or lose their cool is NOT because they have self control, but because they have no remorse or emotion).

@@thankyou737 In my opinion there is just something about her that doesn't ring true to me. He said he had made mistakes and stood up for his mistakes. She just didn't see she made mistakes also. We all have made mistakes in relationship and it's not the end of the world even though at the time it doesn't feels like that. They both where young at the time so you have to give them some leeway. But in the television program she didn't come across very well also she came across a little self-centred, immature, a little unhinged and basically wanting a witch hunt and to demonise him. The thing is television producers can edit thing to make people look as good or bad to there will. I still think he is basically a good bloke who thought he would get closer. She just wanted another fifteen minutes of fame. This is my option of them I don't think I will never meet them so my opinion are based on this program. I don't think we will agree on this matter to be honest. I respect your opinion and think we should agree to differ.
