Why Would Anyone Want To Play The T-44

T44 is a beast, its fast, had reliable frontal armour and will destroy anything below its br, and you rarely meet people with HEAT anyways. Just depends on how you play

@@joaovb5824 yup its very hard to pen that tank i like the t44 100 its even more scary. but you will HATE the tanks after it for a long time there super slow and the turret tune is super bad got to play it like a tank destroyer and keep your gun forward as much as possible

The armor is great.... but the gun is so bad for its br. You can't frontally pen the tiger 2h (the tiny machine gun port doesn't count) can only pen the machine gun port on most 6.7 American tanks. T-44-100 is a massive upgrade for only .3 br higher, and the side skirts actually save you from side shots a decent amount of the time. T-44 should be moved down to 6.3

@ yk what, I agree with you. 240mm of pen with a 100mm gun is a no brainier upgrade for only .3 br higher, although it does lose quite a bit of its mobility due to the bigger turret and gun and the addition of side skirts. Interesting tank overall

I feel like everyone plays differently, maybe you enjoy playing with light tanks instead of medium or simply your play style doesn't goes along with the t44, I found out I personally enjoy brawling with heavies, and that's why I personally don't like tanks like the t34 85, cause those tanks are not made for the way I like to play, you played really well if it's a tank that you don't really like, have a nice day :D

Should be moved down to 6.3, its gun is just so bad for 6.7 (its a 5.0 gun with a slightly better round)

what are u talking about the t-44 tanks like the t-44 100 is so good if your complaining about those tanks wait when u get the ones after there so slow and turret turn is horrible its like 2.4. the T44's of tanks are one of the best tanks in that tir i panic all the time when i see a t-44 because there so hard to see and pen from the front if your in a ww2 tank. also ww2 vs cold war is normal look at the king tigers at 6.7 they get up tired all the time and vs heatfs, sabo, and sometimes even apfsds rounds. it happens in all trees welcome to warthunder get use to being up tired and learn to be more snecky and flack and u will be fine. i know what tanks i can tank and what tanks i have to be super worryed about if im fighting them knowing my armor means nothing.

There is a tremendous difference between the normal t-44 and the 100 mil version. The normal ones gun sucks and basically can't kill any heavy tank frontally, the 100 is significantly more scary, and the side skirts make it harder to pen in the side as long as it's a little angled. Also please try to use grammar and basic sentence structure. You sound like you're about 9 years old
