The Islamic State militant group quickly claimed responsibility for the March 22 Moscow concert hall shooting that killed at least 130 people, but why would it attack Russia? Analysts told RFE/RL that an affiliate of the Islamic State militant group, Islamic State-Khorasan, is the most likely perpetrator and that Russia's activities in Syria, Africa, and Afghanistan may have been determining factors.

The attack was not carried out by ISIS, as ISIS typically engages in suicide attacks and does not conduct hit-and-run operations. Regarding Russia's involvement in a false flag attack, it's unclear how the American embassy knew beforehand or why they didn't disclose this information. This leaves the possibility that Ukraine may have been responsible, supported by recent sabotage incidents in Russia.

I reckon ISK did this especially as the chosen venue was music and dancing which is an anathema to them during the holy month of Ramadan. They had plenty of chance to plan the whole thing out because of RuZzian lack of security on its borders or around the venue. He had to decide which way to jump. Being more suspicious of the British was natural. Hitler had made a greater effort to befriend the USSR. Stalin had more in common with the self-made German dictator than the aristocratic British establishment. Ultimately, it was the wrong call.

Like a Mexican friend of mine always tells me "Yeah but No". ISIS-K could have been a plausible possibility, but for me, this attack was concocted by the Russian FSB under Putin's orders, and there are many hints pointing to this- How come that there was a Police detachment in the same building and they took more that one and a half hour to respond to the emergency, and cops already there just disappeared? Why Putin disregard ISIS-K claims for the responsibility of the attack, instead attacking Ukraine? How come the perpetrators were able to leave the city with all those twisted streets and reach Bryansk, more than 200 kms away, in just 5 hours? How easy they were "identified" and brought to "Justice"? how come it came just after the Russian "Elections" and after Putin mocked Intelligence info from the West, serving as the possible base to invoke Martial Law and mobilize more Cannon Fodder to be sacrificed in Ukraine. This is a Classical example of how the Cheka/NKVD/KGB/FSB operates. So sorry, but you wasted your time without convincing me at all......
