If you go back by the house that had the three old suit cases- grab the large glass dome. If its older, they go for about $150. Antiques collectors put them over dolls and clocks.

Love Taco Stacks, but this is the most frustrating video ever! Picked up $2. in aluminum and 3 ft. of copper wire and left behind a stack of vintage stamp albums and tons of ephemera and a BIG cuckoo clock ( broken or otherwise)worth big $$!! Taco...please, please, please do some ebay research so you don't just pick up the pennies and leave the dollars behind!

I like his videos but that is an aggravating aspect. The clock is a good example. If it's a German made Black Forest clock, they can be fixed. You can even order parts online. They are expensive, especially big ones with a lot of complications like that one. Age is another factor, older the better. Unless it is really water damaged or obviously smashed, it would have been a good grab.

My grandfather had a huge collection. My brother foolishly let a guy take the older stamp books to look at, and an expensive stamp was taken out of the book by that guy. But my brother could not prove it. What are going to do.

Those macrame’ plant hangers are money. They, like a lot of other stuff from the 70’s, are back. They are selling on Ebay. 👍🏻 The odd looking box, I think, is probably a sewing stand/kit. 😊

Vintage guitar collector and the suitcases are the same material used in a lot of The Deco style amplifiers of the day. I also used to put books magazines that I wish to store great find. Now go get some more.

Take that stair basket, it is good when you have stairs and want to put things in it that go upstairs. That box stand is for yarn storage when you are a knitter or crochet.

Old media players like Walkman or Aiwa Walkman is the thing to find even just for parts. In the UK I sold this week a Aiwa jxm2000 personal stereo for £640 I found in a charity shop ( goodwill) for 50p... it’s massive at the moment

Great find. Love the coke and 7-up bottles. I came across Dr.Lori on youtube and she is learning me about how much something is worth. I have some of the things she shows and I was shock how much it is worth. You can find her channel here if you like to see her channel. In my city, so many pickers began turning up making a huge mess and/or brawling among each other over items. Then the City Council realized a lot of the stuff was worth big money that they could process as in recyclables. Over night they passed laws to make it an offense to collect curbside. Home owners now have to book a certain day when the council is covering your neighbourhood with their trucks and workgang. You can only put out ONE CUBIC METRE OF STUFF which is like one old washing machine and a single seater couch, no car parts etc! Kind of sad because in the past i scored some next old stuff.

In the beginning of this vlog the one street side garbage had a lot of vintage barbie stuff and vintage tins etc. It appeared maybe an elderly person passed and maybe they were emptying the house some. Do you check in books when you see that type of stuff? Many times older people hid money in books and behind paintings etc. and never told others so there could be some in those. People have found such stuff from garage sales etc in past.

Just letting you know, that coo coo clock was a good find. Many of those have ornaments that are meant to come off for transporting purposes. If it had the workings and weights, I would have grabbed it. That one looked like it was old and valuable. Not trying to tell you what to do, but I do know about clocks and just wanted to share that for next time you see one of those.

@@bonniebunny25 Taco picks them for the scrap value if they are not working or incomplete. There is iron, steel and copper in the parts and motors. The electrical cords can be cut off and sold as shielded copper, etc.
