If the electrolyte can be replaced in the battery, then failed battery plates cannot be replaced. In this case, the battery must be replaced

Если разрядить аккумулятор в "0" нормальным током разряда в один прием, то ничего с аккумулятором не случится. А если аккумулятор не заряжать, то произойдет то, о чем было сказано автором. Заголовок не верный.
