Why You Can't Get Your Needs Met By Setting Boundaries

In 1995, I chose to live in a "No Dogs Allowed" apartment. Then in 2019, the rules changed, allowing noisy animals to walk near my home. I been suffering for years in my own home. Been trying so many different tools in my home but I still hear the dogs bark, waking me up, interrupting my focus, the sudden noise hurts everytime. I'm trying so hard to get moved out.

Not triggering video, thank you. The "f u" comment made me chuckle a little and think of my upstairs neighbor who is doing exactly that... not caring about my specific needs, purposefully choosing to not understand. I wish moving out wasnt so difficult, but I hope to move out sometime in the next three months to get away from these irritants.
