Dex saves are for big explodey attacks like fireballs and they include dragon breath. I'm not aware of an edition where dragon breath requires a Con save unless it's very specific like poison gas

1:38 is the reason I subbed months ago. The sheer absurdity of this joke hit me on a level of humor I didn't realize existed. This is the first time I ever had to pause a video because I had tears in my eyes. My 2 year old was on my lap awkwardly smiling and glancing around the room. The wizard has only just realized that doom was coming twice as fast as he thought, and hes the only one in the room who seems to care. For some reason that blew my mind. Such a genuine reaction.
