iron wood is very tough.. it can last for hundreds year.. weather resistant & termite will not able to destroyed it due to the high density.. a heavy wood.. thus why its so pricey..

Also, if you do return, I hope you can visit Bohey Dulang, or Maliau Basin(Elephants in the wild, and Maliau Falls) next. It will not disappoint in terms of nature, as well as content!

I am Dayak's Iban original Native in Borneo Island, the only original Native peoples been here long time is the peoples who call Dayak's original stay in Sarawak, Asian people is chinese, Indian, malay, melanau and local sabahan original come from China and Indonesia not kalimantan part of Borneo island. We original Native Dayak's Iban and other tribes don't like call our name same level as asian name, we are original Polynesian from other pacific islands and Brazil, but not include local sabah people they are definitely different from us, and they ancestors of China and Taiwan
