Yo yo yo. Chill. Misreading what I’m saying! A lot of KZbin workout vids sometimes have half-reppers, and it’s stated as popular opinion in the comment section. But as for Iron Wolf, never a half rep done. That’s why theres never anyone disputing it in his comment section, thus, my comment. And because he does everything to its fullest. The Sir Mr. Iron Wolf is obviously an inspiration to many, including myself. Dayum, bro’s. Y’all waited no time to roast had I been trolling. Re-read what I said lol

@Andrew 10 - my parents house doesn’t have a basement. I do live in one of the rooms though lol. Moved back in after 7 years hopping like 3 apartments. So moved back in instead to save up for a house, opposed to just throwing it away. But I carry my weight around here, and in no way am I leeching. Plus I love being back with the whole family. I’ve been doing this workout for 3 weeks now. My goal has been to do it everyday till the new year. I’ve made so much improvement these few weeks. I love it. Always feels amazing how tired I get. I can’t wait to commit to one of your 30 minute workout for the month of January! You’re an inspiration my dude. These are perfect for me since I compete in grappling competitions fairly consistently. This stacked on top of rolling and hitting the bags has been humbling

Back at the end of ‘84 in basic training our First Sergeant made us do these except with two pushups. He called them the eight count push-up. Burpees were a thing back then. We generally only did ten at a time, but it was literally at his whim. He used to come out of his office look around at us and point to the ground signaling to do ten on a regular basis. Brings back memories. Need to start doing them again.
