Just as impressive as the physical conditioning is the mental sharpness to keep cadence and impeccable count. I would go to war with this guy. Respect from Fiji ☦️🕊☘️✡️📖🌅🇫🇯🏝

Back at the end of ‘84 in basic training our First Sergeant made us do these except with two pushups. He called them the eight count push-up. Burpees were a thing back then. We generally only did ten at a time, but it was literally at his whim. He used to come out of his office look around at us and point to the ground signaling to do ten on a regular basis. Brings back memories. Need to start doing them again.
