I love how he says: "Doinig this first thing in the morning" ... Knowing Chris he probably already did 2 pre Workout sets.... But seriously - I started this not really knowing what to expect... And at the beginning I wasn't even able to keep up the complete routine. But I kept at it and now I can. And not only that I'm even able to do some pull ups (not perfect form yet) - But the fact that I can do it by JUST FOLLOWING THIS ONE ROUTINE in the morning is incredible. Sometimes I wake up an "not feel like it" but then I remember if I'm gonna quit now the regret will return - I WANT to change my lifestyle and this is a huge part of it! I'm in my mid 30's now and I don't think it's too late to start... Thx Chris And if you read it to this point I want to thank you too - hopefully you stay motivated no matter your age or actual fitness level - go strong

8 weeks: 3 times a week of this with 2 rounds each, 3 strength training at gym per week, 10k steps each day, eating clean 80 % of the time; lost almost 6 kg (13 lbs) of fat and shit and gained 0.4 kg (0.9 lbs) of muscle. That is, went down from 86.7 kg (191 lbs) to 80.9 kg (178 lbs), meaning that fat percentage dropped from 21.5 % to 14.6 %. Measured with InBody test. From my own experience, I just finished my first week doing this routine every day, what I really enjoyed and got me to do it daily was how impactful was the first time I tried it, sweating like crazy and definitely felt it with my heart rate increasing. At first I tried really hard to complete the whole 45 seconds in some of the exercises but couldn't (hated the half burpees at first, couldn't even do it and it is the first exercise!) but today I definitely improved, did the whole 45 seconds for half burpees! and completed the routine at it's full 45 seconds each (except the jumping squats, I lasted 30 seconds and then called it for the day, but I'll get there!) Excited to keep improving and dreaming to complete more rounds. Will try to keep this comment updated for those interested. Good luck everyone out there putting real effort and for those who keep wanting to, just do it, don't think about it, it takes so little of your time and you feel amazing afterwards

@@colome7033 Hello, I just started working out with this routine with no other exercise throughout the day and I did feel more energetic and started to balance my weight, so I wasn't gaining any weight but not losing it either, until I combined it with a small change in my diet, I started eating just enough to not be hungry, not full but not hungry and results started to show right after 2 weeks. Remember doing something is always better than not doing anything at all! @MacRoss17924 жыл бұрын
@Sinister Shak after going back to work, a lot of colleagues were like 'wow, is it really you?' As for the family, they were really glad I finally lost weight. I'm 30 and 6"2 (190cm). I started at 264 lbs (~120kg) and now I'm stable with 203lbs (92kg). I've stopped losing weight. Now it is more like shredding. The quarantine start made the biggest change first : food intake. Because of the movement restrictions, I could only go buy primary groceries. When you have to queue up for 2 hours to get inside the grocery store, you reconsider your priorities. I stopped drinking beer and soda. I stopped eating pre-made food, chips and other appetizers. I ate too much before, the equivalent of 5 meals a day. Now I eat three meals a day, with 5 fruits and vegetables. Low sugar, low carbs. I didn't stop eating those but I reduce its frequency intake. For example I stopped eating macaroni (or any pasta variant) every diner. For the first week of quarantine, the diet change made me most 8 lbs (3,6kg). Before quarantine I was going 2 to 3 times a week to the swimming pool doing 1,5 miles (2,5km) per session. I knew I would never be able to consume calories with idling. A friend of mine sent me this video saying it worked on a colleague. So I started on March 20th doing this routine every single morning. The first three weeks were hard to get used to it. With those first 3 weeks I lost 23lbs (~10kg). After those 3 weeks I added doing 1min plank holds every hour of the day (from 9am to 7am). With that added and the morning routing I continued losing weight. Lost 15lbs (~6kg) more during the next month. 8 weeks in that routine and I started to hit a plateau and stagnated at 229lbs (104kg). Either I added another round of the 7min routine or something else. My friend told me he does another video, the THENX '6 PACK ABS For Beginners You Can Do Anywhere'. I started adding this one after the 7min routine. 3 weeks of these 2 videos every single morning and I lost weight again with 13lbs (5,8kg). After this I lost 2 to 3lbs (around 1kg) per week. Weight loss was less showing on the scale because I was finally building muscles. The fat disappeared enough to show muscle on my arms and legs. My former beer belly is reduced and my 'spare tire' is gone. 20 weeks to get to this shape. I still have some fat on the pecs and in the bottom of the belly. But these are always the last fat parts to disappear. Another thing to count : rest. I slept less than 5,5 hours a day before quarantine. During this period I started sleeping more. I sleep 7 hours a day now and this is fine for me to take another day. Consistency of exercices, a good diet and rest/sleep are the three pillars of fitness. And after going back to work, I'm still doing the 1min plank holds. Colleagues found it weird first but now I'm their living clock.

I'm 64 years old and have always worked out at gyms. With the closing of my gym in March due to the virus, I checked out home workouts on KZbin. This morning workout has been my go-to three days/week with other exercises added, for a 50 minute routine. My gym is back open, but found this new routine better and more convenient, so I won't be going back! Thanks for the great info and routines!
@tzvibendaniel20453 жыл бұрын
Definitely better working out at home. You can replace EVERYTHING from the gym with body weight, resistance bands and I love to use the rings. The governments KILLED the gyms, that sucks. Success on your journey, keep it up!

Day 1: died Day 2: ✅ muscle aches! Day 3: ✅ still had aches but pushed through Day 4: ✅ I wasn’t struggling or hurting as much! Day 5: ✅ I’m honestly shocked. After three days I usually give up... but I’ve been pushing myself to keep going. I was hesitant to do this today but I just did it without thinking too much about it and I’m glad I did! Day 6: (January 4th) ✅ wow this is crazy... but I’m determined! Also I struggled just a bit today but not as much as the first day! Day 7: (January 5th) ✅ I was so unmotivated and not doing well mentally but I pushed and encouraged myself to do this! I can’t believe it’s been a week! Day 8: (January 6th) ✅ I was seriously fighting the urge to stay in bed and not do this workout! I forced myself to do it regardless and felt amazing afterwards. I still struggle a bit with certain things but overall I’m getting the hang of it! Day 8: (January 7th) ✅ I did it again! I’m very happy with myself! Day 9: (January 8th) ✅ today wasn’t the best day... so I’m not feeling well mentally but I still did this because I can’t give up! Hopefully everything will turn out okay though. Day 10: (January 9th) ✅ wow 10 days but it feels like it’s been so long! 😂 also I noticed that I don’t get muscle pains or aches anymore like I did the first three days! So that’s great! Day 11: (January 10th) ✅ I feel good! I did have a little struggle today but I made it through! I may start doing other workouts though or doing this longer then just one round at some point Day 12: (January 12th) ✅ another good day! Day 13: (January 13th) ❌ DUN DUN DUN! did I quit? No! I’m sick. Hopefully it’s just a cold but I’m trying to take things slow... I may try again later but I’m really tired and a bit weak. We shall see later! It’s currently 11:41am so we’ll see if I’m feeling better soon... UPDATE: ✅ it’s now 2:47pm and I just got done doing it! ... so I’m probably going to shorten the length of this workout to half the time just for now just to be safe because I feel a bit winded after all that. but overall I’m proud of myself for doing it! Day 14: (January 14th) ✅/❌ I tried to do it and only did about half before I gave up. Day 15: (January 15th) ✅ just got done doing! Still suck though which sucks but hopefully I’ll get better soon. Day 16: (January 16th) ❌ wasn’t feeling well and wanted to focus on getting better and resting before classes start again. Day 17: (January 17th) ✅ I don’t know when “quitters day” is or was but I’m not looking to give up now! Also I’m feeling slightly better? Day 18: (January 18th) ❌ I was not feeling well mentally or physically so I took a break. Day 19: (January 19th) ❌ I was out pretty much all day! Came home with a terrible headache and decided to chill out, Day 20: (January 20th) ✅ I started my classes again! Day 21: (January 21st) ✅ just did this along with dancing! I dance pretty much everyday with music 😂 Day 22: (January 22nd) ✅ today I felt a bit unmotivated? Like I felt like it was a hastle just to do the workout! I think I should change it up a bit now.. like a different one or a longer one just so I don’t get bored of this one. Day 23: (January 23rd) ✅ yeah it’s definitely time for me to change it up but I’m still deciding which workout and what type to do! I’m thinking a walking one or a dance one!

I was surprised how far I was able to go considering how much I struggled with a single round the first week. But by the end of the month, I felt like I could probably do 4 which seemed completely impossible when I started. 4 rounds at my pace would probably kill me though, so I never tried it 😂

I never commented about how much this helped me, but I started doing this workout about a week after he posted this video back in 2020 during quarantine. And I did it consistently for 4 months and was 286 when I started and I wanted to join the Air Force. They required me to get down to 190 to be able to qualify for entry and unfortunately I was not able to make it down that far. However, I did end up losing 70-80lbs in just 4 months of doing this consistently. I also did intermitent fasting along with the course and would eat from 5pm-6pm to maximize my fast length to 23 hours. In that 1 hour time span I was eating at a caloric deficit and consumed about 1700-1900 calories in that 1 meal. It was hard to do, but it absolutely worked. Cardio/HIIT workouts on a fast is such an amzing way to burn unwanted body fat. I feel amazing in my body and can actually stand to look at myself in the mirror now. I have continued doing this exact exercise since then and focused more on my explosiveness and added in a couple different routines removing all rest time. Thank you so much Chris for this amazing workout, you changed my life.

Maryka Debra do modified full burpees, instead of doing a push-up, do a push-up hold instead or a modified pushup. Work your way up to a real push-up. Also just remember, no one is gonna criticize you for trying to be healthy. If they do, they’re probably insecure and overweight as well. You owe it to yourself to be healthy and happy and you’re obligated to make it happen. It won’t happen in a few weeks, or maybe even months, but watch you diet, snack less and drink a lot more water. Before you even consider snacking, drink a cup of water. Cheers, and hope you do well!

If people are not familiar with C.I.T. (Core Interval Training), don’t think this is just some gimmick. This type of training is also used by the Air Force for Basic Training. I’m not a fast endurance runner and when I came in basic training, my first benchmark was sub 19 min. Everyday, we did CIT in the morning. We only did group running maybe 3-4 times total. My second benchmark, I was running a sub 14. Then my actual test, I ran a sub 13. It helps and it works as long as you put in the right effort for you. I’m a slow long distance runner, so if I could do it, you can too. You get what you put out. If you put in lazy effort, do not expect superb results. Always remember, take it one day at a time. Don’t try to conquer the entire world in one day. Know your body, know your limitations so you avoid injuries. And make sure to have fun with it. Exercising is supposed to be enjoyable and a celebration to be proactive, not miserable and shaming. Focus on you and you’ll be great.

I'm a 15 year-old female , and i'm gonna be following this for as long as i can , i'll also be writing down how the experience has been everyday. *DAY ONE* : i surprisingly made it to the end, i feel my heart beating so fast and my musceles couldn't get the last ten jump squats done. And finally, i had to take more than a 15 second break at three points at the last three exercises. *DAY TWO* : I also made it to the end, my stamina has grown a ton which i didn't expect. I can feel the sore muscles from yesterday becoming harder. I don't feel like throwing up the way i was yesterday at all. *DAY THREE* : I feel way less tired after i got the routine done, i can even walk around afterwards and not lay down half dead the way i used to the first two days. I can certainly feel my stomach And thighs getting way stronger than they ever used to be, and also thinner especially my thighs. *DAY FOUR* : I got it done with ease, i can feel all my muscles getting stronger and my body seriously losing fat, also i tried dancing after four days of fllowng this, and it got better, beieve it or not. *DAY FIVE* : i can see i have lines in my arms, stomach, and legs. Also feels like i lost some weight, a lot of it, maybe i'll weigh myself in a couplemore days to know the numbers better.

Qq Ww your stamina wouldn’t be better after just one day
@bongotoucan79135 жыл бұрын
jm1bulldogfan1 it'd be a sort of illusion, you usually don't pay attention to your stamina so you may make an assumption of low stamina and when you start exercising you exceed your assumption

I work for a maintenance crew for my tribe and yesterday I picked up a side job. Yesterday I helped my co worker with 47 100lbs rock bags. Today the three of us moved 80 tons of underlay grass dirt for a homeowner back yard. Incredible workout the whole day with a shovel and rake. I made it through the work day. These work outs helped me with my breathing and preparation for hard physical work. When I thought I was gonna give up I know 12 o’ clock was just the end of the first quarter. I passed that test and I’m staying motivated. Thanks
