Hi Daisy, I've had this kitchen for two years now. To make the sink more functional I went to HomeDepot and purchased a 1 1/2" sink stopper to replace the hose (which is a pain). Then I placed a 5 gal bucket under the bottom to catch the water. You fill the sink 2/3 with cold water first (so the plastic doesn't melt) then boil water to get the temperature you want to wash your dishes. Voila, instant outdoors sink. Works like a charm, I hope this helps.😊

That's a great idea! We do use a bucket for underneath but the stopper would definitely make it more user friendly
