Since having a home gym my feet have been decent from sprinting on fields but ive started lifting barefoot and even tho they basically fully callous on the bottom they feel strong now. No pain squating or deadlifting and no worries about the shoe being broken in or anything!

I’ve learned and implemented foot exercises for about 8 months now and totally feel the difference. I’m 44 and developed a bunion on the outside of both feet basically from always wearing narrow shoes and cleats during sports. My podiatrist scraps the corn that I get on one foot due to the bunion about every 6 months. He has never suggested any of these exercises or to walk barefoot more often which I think has helped tremendously. You guys, KOT guy and Graham Tuttle have been a god send. Thank you guys again!

I've never really had foot problems. Ill say I've been almost exclusively wearing loose chucks for like 8 years. I definitely feel my feet flexing and relaxing every step, ill notice them fatiguing on long walks.

I pretty much try everything you guys talk about. And it has most definitely impacted my life. But like you say you got to lean into it. I know all the foot stuff is definitely help me out. And I guess I take a piece from everyone you talk to. And implemented into my life and training. Thank you so much for doing what you guys do!

I bought some of their shoes after seeing KOT Guy wearing them. I was transitioning from having really bad foot and calf issues and wearing prescription insoles and being able to really feel everything under my feet was a godsend. I have been recovering from a ruptured quad tendon and low back issues for years and switching to barefoot type shoes really helped me make the leap from having trouble moving quickly to being able to break into a run whenever I want and doing run and gun tactical training with my two sons.

I ruptured my left quad tendon. Completely erased my ability to still do the career I had spent my life doing (physical in nature...it's a long story). After getting on my feet again, I had very serious strength and felxibility issues, but child support doesn't pay itself. So I took a retail job working at a famous furniture retailer in my area. Walked 45 miles per week trying to find customers and make money and stay out of serious legal trouble. Needless to say, I eventually suffered major issues with my hips, knees, and especially my feet. I literally had to walk off the job because I couldn't handle the foot pain anymore. I was having regular injections done into my plantar fascitis, calves, knees, and hips and using insoles, getting physical therapy, icing, heat, rolling my feet on frozen water bottles, downing a lot of ibuprofen, etc. It took several years before I was finally able to switch to regular shoes without medically-provided insoles. I'm in Xero barefoot shoes now and will never take my connection with the ground below me for granted ever again. Absolute nightmare. And I know I am very fortunate to not have permanent issues.

I get cramps in the bottom of my feet when I workout, when I jump to the pullup bar, when I cover my feet with the bedsheets and forgot about swimming!

On the note of recommending things like mouth tape, ATG KOT type stuff, how do y’all feel about “eliminating” blue light practices & red lights during hours after sunset to allow the body to reach a sleeping routine more naturally?
