You’re a GOAT man. I’m one of the only dudes in my BSN program, wish I went to school with ya.

3 weeks alcohol free! Such a difference in energy and ability to create. Legalizing a substance and making it available everywhere helps numb members of society.

I used to drink like crazy but unfortunately, it became not just because it’s the weekend anymore. I was using so I didn’t have to deal with my problems or feelings. Listen up. You can numb those feelings all you want but they will comeback and hard!

This reminds me of the video from Kaynen Brown "Why I Don't Drink Alcohol" . Very well said. Thank you for spreading the word on this! I completely agree, it is too normalized to get "wasted" and people really aren't educated on the long term effects

Well done, so many programs out there that promise you'll quit drinking from one day to the other and feel great for the rest of your life. Listen, Steffon Barkload's Quit Drinking Forever takes a lighter, safer approach which you decide to go with on your own terms. Best shortcut I go’ogled that took days to make me dislike the juice 100%

Yes! My husband is a nurse and I am a social worker in Minnesota and we both don’t drink. I never liked it so I am lucky.

I never realized how detrimental alcohol was until I started working as a nurse & took care of ppl in their 30s who were going through alcohol withdrawals, were confused, had liver issues etc. Until you see the effects in person it’s hard to understand

Great information! Do you plan on making a video about the COVID-19 vaccine?

The worst part about quitting excessive drinking was for almost 2 years of that little voice coming in my head to “have a drink.” From the time I woke up until I went to bed everyday. Eventually it stopped but it was torture!

If alcohol was never invented and released today, it would be banned. It's extremely toxic to society. So much crime would go down if people stopped drinking as well as depression, anxiety, general regrets. I almost never drink and I love being alcohol free. The only time it is a problem is when I'm trying to date because, everyone seems to drink almost every day. That doesn't align with my values and definitely not a quality I want in a partner.

I’m number 5 dude bro. What is the reasoning behind being a light weight and not? Also is it true that the more you drink (are used to drinking) the higher your tolerance? Thanks Jay keep up the good vids 😍
