Xingqiu was my first 4-star and I've always loved using him with Kaeya. Although I wasn't able to get him to c4 or c6 (only c1 :C) from Hu Tao's banner, I was able to get a c3 Chongyun, and him paired up with Xingqiu makes enemies frozen for a while and just when the enemy is about to thaw out, I get Diluc out and finish off the enemy. All the while Ningguang sits twiddling her thumbs until it's time to use her elemental burst or to attack those pesky bird enemies in the Oceanid boss fight (gotta love them water birds don't cha?).

xingqiu Q plus Beidou Q has been really great too. I got him in the starter wish alongside noelle and beidou, and he's worked great with both beidou and kaeya as a sub dps like you showed.

Xingqiu is one of those characters who I didn't try to get and thought he wouldn't be useful until he made a fight against a certain enemy i had a tough time with 10x easier
