One day you just wake up & realize something has to change. YOU need to be better. Those who haven't experienced this are still sleeping

I had a very hard time to do daily habit, it only last for one or two days and I feel bad about it,but then I realized the reason I had hard time to do it because my mood always jumping between active and downer and can't focus on a same stuff every day. So the habit is jumping habit: Today do habit----tomorrow not------tomorrow morrow do habit----tomorrow morrow morrow not---ect... It's really helpful for me and maybe for others Thank you for the video really helpful😁

Great video!!! I really liked how you connected the children's study (intrinsic vs extrinsic motivation) takeaway with success and failure, cause we have the wrong mindset/perception of seeking a goal solely for a reward instead of finding ways to enjoy the process

I just failed out of a masters program for only getting a 69.4% instead of 70%. Cost me $40,000. The worst part is the school does not allow any exam reviews so I could not see where on the question stem I was getting mixed up. I followed all of your study techniques but my confidence just plummeted after each exam. I really loved implementing all of your suggested study techniques, obviously there is a neurotransmitter hormonal offset in my brain, what kind of specialist could help me with this?

My teacher: Failure is alright, it's a process in life, and should be used as an opportunity to improve yourself. Me: So it's alright that, I failed the exam, I just need to do it better next time. My school: Yes, but you're expelled.

Just thought I'd right my conondrum here if someone might help. I am currently studying medicine in Hungary and want to become a neurologist (while also being involved in research) and want to do this at the best hospital possible*, but I am unconvinced about the reliability of university and hospital rankings online since out of the top ~20 there doesn't seem to be much agreement on how good each institution is. How can I tell the quality of institutions? Thank you in advance! *in either Switzerland or Austria or Sweden

Hii I have a question, does the name of medical college matter for an img students who want to apply for big colleges in america? I mean if I get good marks in usmle and am above avg in criteria but not from the great medical college of that country, will it affect my admission in medical residency??
