Is there a way to set an alert or a notification of some sort when someone from the domain/organization sends more than 5mb of data through internal and external email? I just want to set google to send a notification to the admin/s that a certain someone has sent more than 5mb of data through email. Thank you!

Namaste from India. I just saw your informative video while searching solution to my problem. I just shifted my hosting from one to another and then the problem came in. I was unable to receive emails but able to send so I figured out that it was a problem of MX records, problem solved in PC. now the second problem was when I tried to log in to my workspace account on my Android mobile only one email was configured but for the other one, it said: A managed account already exists. only one managed accounts is allowed for this device. if you have questions, contact your organization's admin. (I am the admin) . It worked very well on my iPhone before the hosting change and now I changed hosting and mobile too, now I am using Android. Let's see if you or any other expert can solve my problem. Many thanks in advance if you spare time to reply or solve my problem.

Note the following: Personal contacts appear in Contacts. If shared contacts are available for your domain, they appear under Directory. I know my question is very much UNRELATED to the topic of this video (other than being within Gsuite), but I'm going to ask anyway. I would like to setup a master contact list / directory that all of the users in our Google Workspace can access (and perhaps even all help maintain/update). In my old microsoft days, we would have called this a "Global addressbook". I don't see that functionality anywhere in my GSuite applications Maybe LDAP, but that looks to be a very long, dark hole that I'm not sure I want to travel down. Advice or suggestions?

Actually my daughter and father established a Google Workspace account to hack all accounts by asking my youngest daughter to have me sign into an account to download an app. This account I used to download had my passwords.
