I've tried so many probiotics and just don't tolerate them. It's strange because I used to tolerate some of them and found helpful. What specific tests do you use to find gut infections?

Its not about die off symptoms. Its about every person has a unique biome in their gut and trying to unify them with probiotics can cause problems. I have tried many sorts of probiotics, they just do NOT work for me. I am better off by myself, not taking probiotics, thats it.

Maybe for small children but not for adult viewers watching a video with a "Why" in the title. Are probiotics causing a selective pressure on the bacteria in the gut, which then leads to certain mutations in these bacteria reproducing more (natural selection)? Or something else?
