Ok so this was NO FUN. I tried so many things to try and get this thing to work. It's supposed to connect to a computer via Bluetooth but it wouldn't. I downloaded an app that's supposed to enable this to happen, it wouldn't even load. I connected it with a USB cable. It showed up in the list of printers but would not print. I gave up shooting the video on my phone and loaded up the iPhone app. The app seemed well done and I finally got this printer to pretend to print, but what it printed was barely legible. It's not good. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I usually put what the maker has to say about their product. I'm not going to do that to you.
I got this item for free but was not paid to make this video. All opinions and observations are my own.

Thanks for the info. There was nothing about taking away any protection paper in the manual. I might revisit this at some point if I can get it to work. I appreciate you taking the time to let me know.
