Depends on the meat source, is it deli meat, processed, what's been added. Meat by itself and meat raised well is perfectly healthy. Its mass produced meat is the scary part.

Miker’s comment & also the seed oils, non-stick pans & plastic spatula’s it could be cooked with. Use tallow or ghee with a cast iron pan & use a metal or wooden spatula.
