Guys dont let people use your age or gender to discourage you from investing or learning about real estate. Im 22 and people always think they can tell me what i can and cant do. My mom always says I'm never gonna amount to anything unless I go to college and work a job till I'm too old to enjoy retirement. Educate yourselves....the schools have failed us.

You are very lucky in the states, because I live in Europe, and I assure you that as I see it you have much higher salaries, and it is easier for you to invest in real estate. I know people who have already tried, the facts most of them have moved to Florida, because in our countries there are laws that do not allow you to do your job properly.
