Armory is one of the best options. You can upgrade your weapons there and purchase armor. When you have the accommodation, it’s super easy to complete the jobs cause you have everything there provided.

Armory is BEST option, change session from say kosatka to agency, get armor and change back to kosatka. Very easy to stock up on armor. I prefer the Vespucci location, best entry.

Probably about 500-1000 dollars but it makes you about 90k in a gta day on contracts and with enough practice it’s easy to do the main contract in about 40-60 mins max

You can actually go to a new session before the timer for the daily Bills expires and it resets it

I'm 99% sure that you only need to purchase the workshop, and no matter what level you are, you can still access all the upgrades.
