This is me bro on point every time I see someone ahead of me I’m so curious and just wanna talk to them on how they do it or are doing it now. but I’d rather build my own story of how I got there not follow theirs. information is power if you use it correctly. I work at Valvoline oil change and everyone that comes in with a nice car I ask what they do for work and how did they get where they are now and it’s always a good spark of motivation and curiosity to learn something new.

Comparing to everybody and hearing other people compare myself to others made me have depression and trauma since a child. So no, comparison to another person isn't good, but just analyzing someone else and ask for help then you can actually grow from them. If not you could feel like crap, it could work if you are a mentally stable and self-lovable person, but if you are not then you will throw yourself down by comparing yourself to others. So in a summary, it could work depending on your way of being, mental and your emotional state you are when you compare to yourself
