I factory reset every 6 months, I use so much my iPhone that after few months start to bug out and slow down, do factory reset is a must for me.

i’ve seen a slow down on my 13 Pro Max since i added my backup to the phone (i’ve been backing up my data since 2014) and i think that’ll be the reason why is slower than usual

Keep clicking do not recommend. Then watch a lot of non tech related videos, just click on them and click off them (if necessary) and KZbin should eventually take the hint.

Yeah it's because you have watched videos that are either closely or vaguely related - Sometimes very 'out there' vaguely.. The algorithm is a wonder to behold lol. And once you click on someone's video, Then you will get regular recommended stuff from that's person's channel. Best thing to do is what King Crest suggested, And go looking for videos not just non-tech but something far off the scale like cat videos 😂

Dont do it . The apps that you have may no longer be in app store . So even the backupp cannot install it afterwards

I have not had those issues , ever. I would say make a backup before going from IOS14 to IOS15. Then if you had any issues of things crashing you could wipe your phone clean. Then restore from that backup.
