Star note, check it's print, run, and date. Plus look for other errors.

I have an odd quarter and would like to know who I should go to to have it appraised, can you please let me know? It's a 2004 "P" Texas Quarter. It's silver. The problem is, is that only San Fran mints produced silver statehood quarters. This is a Philly. I can send pics if you want to see it.

Not a broken ladder😅 more like a mixed or scrambled ladder another misleading terminology. Very common find. Not worth a premium in my opinion.
