Oh my gosh at 0:34 the reverse dash attack into wavedash back fsmash blew my mind 😮. Is that DI dependent?

Is it worth going for on stages w/ plats? I feel like it's too easy for the opponent to sdi up and set up a tech chase or slide off
@SSBMNicki2 ай бұрын
Yes. If the platform is right above you, the opponent can go straight up and land on it, which lets you waveland and regrab all tech options if you react properly (and it's easier than a grounded reaction tech chase because the tech rolls get cut short by the platform). And there will be no platform behind you, so if they DI behind you regrab them normally.

Are the rules on "no wobbling" is that you arent allowed to use the same move twice in a wobble?
yes. at very low% opponents can try to DI behind and down and sdi down to make it to the ground in time. after that they can try to SDI up and DI in front to get high enough to not get regrabbed, but then they get hit by an aerial or smash attack instead. without sdi it's a true combo from 0 to about 55 when platforms aren't in the way.

Is it any better than dthrow upsmash?
@SSBMNicki4 ай бұрын
Much better imo. It works better at very low%, and keeps working for a lot longer.

And it’s easier to get a regrab off of compared to down throw up smash
