I see big change from last time I visit Jomtian beach ⛱️ is nice sand beach extension for more than 3 km it make jomtian beach become great area for hanging out day and night Love it !!

Sawasdee krap is it possible please to give everyone an update on the latest great news about the Thai Government and TAT requesting the 30 Visa free to 45 days Visa free if this was passed and made legal. I saw this news on The Thaiger News channel yesterday Friday 12th August. I hope to relocate permanently to Pattaya or the Pattaya area/Ban Chang area to look for a Resale Luxury Pool Villa to buy for cash. I will need help to renew my retirement visa. I already have my Thai Kasikorn Bank account in Trat City. I am presently living in Scotland.

I would never live in Pattaya. Way to hectic. Hua Hin or Kanchanaburi way better options. Pattaya only for max one week and than go out again
