Dude, there is this military tactic strategy where you are supposed to show yourself as weak when you are actually strong, and strong when you are actually weak. All for the purpose to lure the enemy when you are stronger, and to scare/avoid them when you are weaker. I took me forever to see it. These videos helped me to wake-up....I reacted to it for so long, it would confuse and hurt me, I would wonder what I was doing wrong. No more....they make a facial expression of disgust without a word said, you can even be talking to someone else and they're look at you with disgust. I finally don't care anymore, they are off to me, I don't like them. If I have to deal with them....I see them and I switch: my energy is flat, I'm plain-spoken, logical, not kindness but I feel this strength in this detached politeness and I smile and I shut the conversation down. They hate you being logical but they don't know what to do, they can't deny the logic and they walk-away and leave you alone.
