honestly I did do this at one point. There was a girl when I was 16 that I had a crush on, but she had a situationship that wasnt serious and I was also talking to other girls. A couple years later we started talking again, and I told her I had liked her and still kind of did, and she told me she also liked me but wasnt ready for a relationship yet. We talked a lot and flirted for a while and I don't remember how much later maybe a few weeks or longer if she wanted to be serious and she just kept saying she didnt want a relationship. All of my friends knew about it and wanted us together, but then they told me a few weeks later that she started dating someone that was 3 years younger!! He was ugly and stinky, and everyone was wondering what she was thinking. Seeing this helps me understand that maybe there was nothing wrong with me, I just chased too hard and probably missed the chance I had those years ago. I dont regret it now but I just wanted to share this story so that people dont make same mistake as me.

True. Do not chase, ever. Just be the best version of yourself. The girl always comes back. Then it comes to a point where, you have to beat her away with 2x4, because she’s crazy about you.
