Here's a thought. Why don't YOU go study meditation and mind control with the Shaolin and YOU go fight evil? You can cop their attitude with discipline and practice and total emptiness of personal ego. It is funny but I am 65 and I would love to go study and meditate with them.

Whenever a Shaolin monk is recorded in an actual fight, they are just average. Sometimes they win. Sometimes they lose. I guess getting wrapped backwards around a tree for 12 hours doesn't really pay off in a real fight.

Not impressed with pounding the groin. I’m sure there’s a good reason but it’s creepy! I wouldn’t make a good monk. The idea of living on rice doesn’t appeal to me! It was all impressive. I used to study karate and was impressed enough with that!

4:11 Charlie I like watching your content but sometimes you just give false information. I know sometimes it's just for entertainment but this one saying that the guy can literally walk on water for 400 m and he can do even further when he's got the boards. And then stating that the boards are just for balance. No he can't walk on water at all, with the boards he can run like hell and as long as he gets off of one board and on to the next fast enough they give enough lift to keep him from sinking into the water. The clip that you show of him running across those boards a long distance he took like 11 tries before he made it all the way across. He's amazing but he's nowhere near as amazing as what you're describing. I've been to China, while there I went to a Shaolin monk show, it was very entertaining and they were very skilled. There was a lot of stuff that they could do, but nothing that I saw that would even come close to supernatural or superhuman.
