People dismiss the importance of advisors until they are burned by their own emotions. I remember a couple of summers ago, following my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to assist my business stay alive, so I looked for qualified consultants and came across someone with the highest qualifications. She has helped me raise my reserve from $275k to $850k, despite inflation.

We Are in Unchartered Financial Waters! every day we encounter challenges that have become the new standard. Although we previously perceived it as a crisis, we now acknowledge it as the new normal and must adapt accordingly. Given the current economic difficulties that the country is experiencing in 2024, how can we enhance our earnings during this period of adjustment? I cannot let my $680,000 savings vanish after putting in so much effort to accumulate them..

I've just begun learning about value investing, and I've found that many good stocks are undervalued despite their intrinsic value. If you had $250k to create a strong portfolio, which stocks would you choose for better returns?
@GaryBker2 ай бұрын
I think a good portfolio should have three basic things: ETFs for diversification, dividend stocks for cash flow, and leading tech stocks. With your budget, it's a good idea to talk to a fiduciary advisor for expert advice.

I agree with you. As an early investor in NVDA, AVGO, ANSS, and PLTR, my financial advisor's advice was incredibly helpful. Over the past 7 years, she has helped me find stocks that did 10x multiple times. With her help, I've grown my portfolio to over a million dollars.

In no order: 1) VOO 2) QQQM 3) SCHG/VUG 4) VTI 5) SCHD/DGRO. Personally I put down 1.2m$ on few ETFs, still diversifying. it was this time last year I made my first break through with a liquid 370k. Handed it to a trader here in TX, I get weekly pay out which I put back on long term ETF's. Tesla will be a huge buy for me when the market bottoms.

Dividend stocks are very mature and don't appreciate much per share so you miss out on huge gains especially for the last two years. Better to by S&P ETFS and waste less time on spreadsheets than look to collect single digit dividends and risk losing equity in price.

Yes. That will have real impacts short term. I mentioned processed foods in my 5 stocks to avoid after Trump win video. Will likely have to change ingredients on many products. Man, I have to say. I like your videos and have been following for a few years but the endless salespitch is a bit much. Ofcourse you want and need to promote your own product and you should but there is an almost 30 seconds long pith in the beginning. Those who are interested will get the message on those of us who are watching it just another time can skip it. No need to do it all over again when doing the calculations in every video. If you could take it down a notch I think it would be better, thanks!

Appreciate you watching and the feedback. But, not everyone watches every video or watches the whole thing. So just letting people know. You can skip part if not interested. The videos also act as a tutorial for my users. With my new AI tool it has a lot of features people don’t know about or how to access. So I’m letting people know about it and how to use it. Hence the deeper description of the DCF calculator. Will look to strike a good balance long term!

Predicting inflation starting to rise again this quarter while leading indicators showing economy slowing (not to mention governm*nt figures pumped up for the election). Global economy very weak which affects US. Fed dropping rates 0.50 shows they're VERY worried about financial downturn/crisis. interest rates coming down are also an indication banks are LESS willing to loan money into existence. The question here is where is the inflation going to come from in the near term? Consumers are mostly tapped out which is 70% of US economy (consumption). Yes inflation very likely to return but not before it continues to come down... Inflation can be a concern, but remember, certain assets like stocks and Crypto’s acts as a hedge. Long & short-term trading is generally safer, allowing investors to weather market volatility. I have managed to grow a nest egg of around 3.2 B'tc to a decent 27B'tc in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Laura Brockman, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.
