I don't think that the series is exactly me cup of tea, but I still enjoyed listening about it. Especially since it's nice to here people talk so passionately about books and stories. When it comes to Hunger Games, I gotta say, you're missing out a hole tone of good story telling and writing. The first movie was okey, but the reason it had no chance of getting close, to how good the books were, is because the movies didn't have an inner monologue. And yes, yes, that's a cheap way to get the point across in movies, but in the books, that's a whole other thing. The movies definitely did the other books so dirty. I strongly suggest giving it a read. Keep up the good work, and if I could give my two cents, I think if you'd like to reach more people, you should play around with editing the videos. Nowadays people have low attention spans (I am no exception), so adding a bit of spice into it would go a long way. Making it into segments and getting your thoughts organized may also help

I read Red Queen several years ago which sounds similar. YA dystopian classist societies written by 20-something’s. I’m not sure I can read any more of them. lol. I have not enjoyed YA books for a long time. But Your enthusiasm definitely makes me want to try it out! I’ll put it on my list. Currently reading Game of thrones which I didn’t expect to like either but am so hooked into now.

This one isn't YA, so maybe that will help? I hope it surprises you if you give it a go!
