Should biological replicates always be done at the same time? Is it better or worse to do them on different days/weeks?

It's good validation to be able to do them on different dates, but I'm not not a statistician so I would ask someone with more expertise to be confident about how to deal with replicates

I’m neuroscience background. I also prefer to operate our experiments on different date. I adhere to a rule that aims to ensure our experiments are reproducible at any time. When I do animal behavior, I will choose 2~3 different dams’ offsprings for my behavior study (at least 10 biological replicates per groups). When I do the cell culture, I will recruit same generation but with different seeding date. I’m also interested in learning about the research in other fields or different labs.
