Began in my early 30s, this year 52. No longer compete, but still put it on the younger guys that seem to have a vendetta each time they roll with me. This year, I am Vendetta on the mat, which means I am authorized to utilize my freestyle and greco experience on the mat. Though my body is wrecked and injured all the time, my S&C regiment allow me to avoid getting worst.

Oh man that's brutal lol. Actually a running joke we have is that our list of PEDs include Motrin and Icy Hot. But you'd be surprised at just how tough some of the old grappler are.
