I'm student pilot and I'm aware of all those things. I met so many cabin crews. I've SOLUTION on cabin crew's HEALTH ISSUE. Solution for "Back Pain" and "Body Pain" - Max of crews eat so much packaging food. Which has so much ammount of Sodium which stops Recovery of muscles. And due to problem in Recovery it causes "Back pain and Body Pain" If you want fast Recovery you should consume particular grams of protein daily in your regular Diet. For example, if your Weight is 55kgs then you should eat 55grams of Protein Daily. Yess Daily. Either you can eat whey protein or consume food which has good ammount of protein. If follow this instructions I'll give 101% Guarantee that your "Body and Back pain" reduces miraculously. Try it and let me know. And avoid packaging food as much as you can and add salad as well as fruits in in your diet for good ammount of regular fibre.

You can complete your 12th in any streams. If you want to work with Vistara, then you'll need to have at least 60% in 12th. No other airline requires this. Start working on your communication skills, confidence etc. You can start applying and going to interviews after 12th. You also have to be minimum of 18 years of age to be eligible to fly domestic and 21 to be able to fly international.
