Thank you for being truthful. I wish I had better advise before purchasing in Tulum. Yes, Tulum is way overpriced and over built sadly, and with little or no infrastructure. The roads are atrocious, and there is little or no sewers, so the sewage is just dumped off somewhere but not into a treatment plant. Alot of the small percentage of buildings are started but never finished. There are no regulations in construction, in how things are built, so you just have to hope for the best, and that the builder is reputable. I am just touching upon just some of the issues in Tulum.

Thanks for sharing! I strongly advise clients to rent long term in Tulum before buying and most all don’t end up buying after they have stayed their long term. Vacation in Tulum vs Living is completely different 👍

I was gonna try to get my aunt to give me money from my trust to get like a house there I thought it was perfect I thought I made friends and that I was manifesting perfectly and then all of a sudden on my birthday I was like oh I’m at this beautiful kind gentle man on the street he seemed really nice and my friend threw me a party … They were all sex traffickers 😂

1000% incorrect. You really need to do your research sorry pal. Merida a city of one million and the entire state of Yucatan has a plethora of things to do and see. As well real authentic Mexico. In Tulum I am bored after half a day.
