Remember guys, almost everywhere now is linked to MRT. Which MRT your house is near to is very very important. I would personally go Arcady at boon keng FH or emerald at katong 99 5mins Boon Keng and 5mins tanjong katong MRT respectively. I believe Eric will agree with me. That is the reason why Eric ask us to avoid LRT

Why does the nett profit in your example not include buyer stamp duty? If you include that, the percentage return should be much lower than what you showed.
