My hair became so thick when I was pregnant. About 3 months after having my son, my hair started falling out at an alarming rate. I was terrified that I was going to lose all the hair on my head. After doing some research, I learned that I would not become bald. I will say that my hair texture changed permanently after my pregnancy. From a young age I always had very frizzy and unmanageable hair. Now, my hair is far less frizzy and my curls actually have some texture.

I never had a kid but some other day my friends who have were discussing how the aging process really kicks in afterwards. It's almost like nature saying "ok you fulfilled your duty now you don't need your looks anymore"... Like salmon or something. And being honest I look younger than my peers, but it could just as well be that in choosing to remain single I have avoided one of the greatest unspoken aging factors, which is dealing with people and their BS XD

I disagree. I look younger than plenty of women my age, including those without children. I’ve had 3 kids and most people are shocked when they hear that as apparently I don’t look old enough to have 3 kids 🤷‍♀️ I think it’s just genetics and for some people maybe stress, which can happen without kids too.

I never had a baby but when I went off the pill my hair fell out too, 3ish months after i stopped taking it. It fell out like crazy for 3 months and then not a single hair fell out anymore for another 3 months... and ever since i maintained a degree of hairloss that seems to be more than when i took the pill and my hair is also much thinner than before. But at least my scalp isnt visible anymore🥲 I should shut up and watch the video first but I know I'll love it!

Re: 24.45: I am 45 years old, so I grew up believing the sun tan is healthy, pretty, and sexy. Using sunscreen was not a part of my skincare routine. I started applying sunscreen daily around 2020 after speaking with dermatologists and watching tons of KZbin videos about skin aging caused by sun exposure. All my life, I had no problems with Vit. D deficiency until 2020. Since then, my blood work has shown low and very low vitamin D levels. Maybe there is a link between using sunscreen and vitamin D deficiency?

Man. I had thick and beautiful hair during my second pregnancy. About 4 months later, the hair in the FRONT of my head starting falling out. As SOME of it came in, I was sticking straight up as it came in. I definitely have more scalp showing than before.

My hair got so thick and long when I was pregnant with my twins, and then I would say about 4 to 6 months later... I notice my hair falling out like crazy. I feel like it still does a lot, but I have been anemic and I have had some stressful events, so im hoping it will grow back thicker because im surprised I still have strands on my head lol

Telogen Effluvium is very common from pregnancy. Alsp its happened far more from covid, monoclonal antibodies&vax! Doctors need to be honest about this. I had 2 bags full of my hair going to my derm. My hair has come back. I did 2 prp treatments..
