All those phd holders, grads, undergrads, i can assure you that they can't even clear a simple entry level aptitude test to just qualify for interviews, they get trained in older education system, but company requires latest technical knowledge, this gap is causing unemployment, sure they have degree but nothing in head, when everyone wants to become an engineer then who will do farmin, this typical mindset of either be a doctor or engineer is also a problem, we need to diversify domain of graduates.

PhD certificate wouldn't feed u. They have to find job to run their family or take care of their expenses. My friends who had completed Masters are getting into tele calling jobs. He is calling ppl and trying to sell loans, others are selling credit cards etc. Paisa toh kamana padega, isiliye jo bhi job mile waha ghus rhe hai..
