Why do we say hey “Deku Fam” at the beginning of every video?
#DekuFam is made up of two words, Deku which is our last name and Fam which is short for family.
Our subscribers (ie. you) are the DekuFam. You are our extended online family who we aim to take on our life journey and lessons.
What countries are we from?
Gabes is Ghanaian, Anna is half Tanzanian and half Nigerian. However, we were both born in the UK and currently live in London.
Did we really wait until marriage to have sex?

Pick me, pick me, pick me!! It’s always women that have been picked that are at the forefront of this nonsense. At what point will you stop being a Mammy. These videos are so pointless and ridiculous, and I really wish Christian folk would let go of this narrative regarding the woman, having the majority of the responsibility in keeping a happy balance in my house, “how to keep a man” how to keep your husband happy, WHY YOUR HUSBAND WON’T COME HOME 😂😂. If your husband won’t come home he is for the streets period. At some stage, you have to take accountability for the fact you are giving people a false message. Unfortunately the statistics do not match up. The divorce rates are higher than it’s ever been globally and women are the ones who are overwhelmingly filing for divorce. So maybe you should change gears and start to focus on “why your wife is divorcing you”. Let’s stop centring men and begin to look at all aspects of a marriage outside of the woman carrying all the emotional labour on her back. Clearly men need to focus more on content that teaches them how to be husbands and how to keep their wives happy because based on the statistics, it’s not women coming home to an empty house, IT’S MEN !!!!!!!!!!!

Like..I agree with you.....why should the wife be the one to make sure the home is fun. Sometimes the women is acting the way she does because the man would have done something to make her act the way she does. What does the man also contribute. WHO MAKES SURE THE WIFE IS HAPPPYY!!!! VALIDATED!!!

@@mazh_babies I think the messages so dangerous and extremely outdated, and it was never a good thing to begin with anyway, but to sit there and give all of the stupid excuses as to why your husband won’t come home is ridiculous. Any man that refuses to work things out like an adult and doesn’t come home until the following morning is not a man, and does not respect his vowels period. You don’t get to run away and blame women. And I’m so sick of women, especially married women, but the worst or Christian married women who encourage this toxic behaviour of having their daughters put up with abuse and blame themselves for the fact that they have a weirdo for a husband. As I said, I’m not arguing with most folks anymore, I will simply refer back to the statistics . And the computer says women are leaving marriages and choosing a life of singleness over being 12year a mammy because we refused to stay in long-suffering relationships, and he held 100% accountable for everything that goes wrong in a marriage!!!
