You really helped me how to set up my new planner. I prefer doing it by myself instead of buying one filled of with pages that i will never use. Thank you !!!

One of the most beneficial spread I use is a gratitude log, it's my favorite spread. It's especially great if you struggle with anxiety or just trying to find a purpose in life. There is always something to be thankful for, even just being able to do everyday things like breathing and walks, your favorite food.. it doesn't have to be anything extravagant.

Handwriting items is the key to memory. The medium doesn’t matter. Some people prefer the feeling of pen and paper. Some prefer the convenience of writing on a digital planner. Sounds like you have found what you need.

I've got a separate journal for my daily Bible readings and thoughts on those, and another for my day-to-day ramblings. That one is pocket- sized so I can make notes of things or doodles throughout the day.

Great video, enjoyed your presentation. One thing I do is number my pages and write the subject in an index at the front of the journal for easy reference.

This is an amazing video…. I am after doing my own planner/dump list/to do and goal lists and have it all in one place. I currently use a project notepad to make lists and use the dividers to split it up but I also want to incorporate a weekly/daily planner (I just use an a4 pad of weekly/split to daily) and include top todos and daily habits on it. I almost need the stamp of my planner template to incorporate into a notebook- I’ve waffled but your video has given me food for thought - thank you 😊

Great content, brother! Not many Godly men on the Tube putting out this type of content. I just subbed 2 days ago… bought the XL… about to create the journal tomorrow and have committed to using it daily this next year. Keep the content coming and I’d love more Bible focused or raising children for the Lord type content. Thanks and God bless.

Ok, I’m going to add a more formal a review with those 4 steps… BUT I’ll do it quarterly instead of mid-year because I change both my pocket BuJo & 3 pages a day journal quarterly. That seems like a better time to do it.

How many months to you get out of 1 journal? I can easily fill pages and pages with lists and information on subjects Im highly interested in. When I found out I have ADHD, I filled an 80 pg A5 in a few mths. And do you do a weekly or monthly review before moving forward for a reset?
@Carsonial7 ай бұрын
on this particular moleskine I get a full year. Yesterday I was literally journaling on the last page left of my notebook on 12/31. If you watch the part where I go through the journal info on the whiteboard on this video I talk about my weekly/monthly/midyear/annual reviews. thanks!
@KarenPok7 ай бұрын
how do you count/calculate how many pages you need for each part? it makes me a bit anxious to think I could run out of space. it's easy to make space for the calendar for example because it's just 12 months, but what about the others? because of this "fear of running out of space" I have one notebook for each thing, but it's getting overwhelming because it's getting to a point where I have way too many notebooks hahaha but at the same time it creates another problem because I usually forget where I kept certain notes. great video, thanks for sharing :)

I don't have a perfect answer, all I can say is it always works out. in 2023 I literally used every page, sometimes there is pages left over. I think it just depends how many pages you use in the back. You see the Journal portion works its way from front to back (after the planner/lists, and the back pages are just used for ideas/books/etc that work from back to front. All I can say is give it a shot and see how it works out.

Why no use an index (first 4 pages) like in the bullet journal method? Like “Journal page 32-60, 80-…“, so if you run out of empty pages on page 60, you can continue on page 80.
