Some great points mentioned Andrew! I’ve had traction in picking up candidates but not so much clients - consistency and time is what I’m working with atm

It can be hard at the start man but stay consistent and have that belief that it will come and it will! Gotta do the activity everyday regardless of that result. If you have candidates focus on speaking to x number of clients everyday without fail. Focus on building relationships rather than just selling. You can do this!

Hi Andrew, a fellow Irish man here. I started my agency three months ago, I thought that i would drop you a message to see how you would recommend getting your terms of business signed as this is something that I am struggling with. What would you say are the do's and donts to include in your terms of business and how do you go about pushing it forward to get it signed. Many thanks

Hi Kyle, congrats on getting the agency started! I would always use leverage ie a candidate they want to get your terms signed. Without that it can be tough. An example of this is don't send the terms over until you have interviews going and they want to offer the candidate. Now you have leverage for them to sign your terms, get you on the psl etc.. Example - send a candidate that's highly soought after to the hiring manager - hiring manager interviews - they want to offer and you can let them know that you would need agreements in place in order to proceed for them to hire the candidate. This will also give you leverage for negotiting a higher fee
